Tom, this is an awesome shot of an adult Great Blue Heron, in perfect focus as well. The youngsters are white with blue tipped wings. But Wait! I think he sees lunch now! lol Well done!

Thank you for your comments Gary. Great Blue Herons hang out around the pond behind our house every summer. Usually they are quite skittish but this one let me get pretty close.
